• Payments for water, sewer, and stormwater services: $3.95 service fee (minimum) for each $400.00 utility payment transaction

• Miscellaneous Payment Fees: Debit and Credit 3% Fee ($2.95 minimum), ACH $1.95 Fee.

• Payments for city ambulance services are administered by Systems Design third-party vendor

• InvoiceCloud charges a processing fee to use their service.
• This fee is separate and additional to any City of Pullman charges.  As such, the City of Pullman does not receive any part of these service fees.
