Resurfacing on Bishop Boulevard will occur from Fairmount Drive to Main Street/State Route 270 and is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2023.

The U.S. Department of Transportation awarded a $1.05 million grant to fund the design for improvements on a 2.1-mile stretch on Airport Road near the Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport.

The City of Pullman may use "Small Works Roster" bidding procedures on construction projects with estimated costs under $200,000 for multi-craft projects and under $100,000 for single-craft projects. To be included on the Small Works Roster, each contractor must complete a "Small Works Roster Registration Form" available from the Public Works Department.

Project Downtown Pullman is a multi-year City-led effort to reshape the city’s downtown streets and public spaces to build community, experiences, and the downtown economy. Through July 8, 2022, the City of Pullman invites feedback from the community on how to prioritize the various projects outlined in the Project Downtown Pullman Story Book.

The City of Pullman maintains a roster of interested consultants in architecture, engineering, and land surveying. To be included on the roster, each consultant needs to complete a "Consultant Roster Registration" form available from the Public Works Department.
