In-person indoor library service is not permitted in Phase I of Governor Inslee's Healthy Washington - Roadmap to Recovery plan. We look forward to continuing to serve you by the curb.
Health and safety is our top priority.
- We are closely following the recommendations of local and state public health experts in collaboration with the City of Pullman and have implemented new protocols to help you enjoy library service with confidence.
- Employees are pre-screened for signs/symptoms of COVID-19 prior to starting work.
- Employees follow all social distancing, hygiene, sanitation and safety requirements which include the requirement to wear masks, follow proper glove use, and wash hands frequently for at least 20 seconds.
- The facility is cleaned and sanitized with a particular emphasis on commonly touched surfaces.
- Returned library items are quarantined according to state guidelines before being cleaned and checked in.
- Curbside delivery is a contactless service.
- We encourage patrons to wear facial coverings when picking up their curbside items.

Important notes:
Return your materials in the book drops located at the North and South entrances of the library. Staff delivering curbside cannot take returns from you directly.
If your vehicle does not have a way for staff to safely place items inside while maintaining a 6-foot distance, then staff will place your bagged items on the hood of your vehicle for you to retrieve.
